Reducing costs and delivery dates: to guarantee our competitiveness by closely monitoring the return at all stages in our processes, from the supply of source materials through to delivery to the customer. Using Quality as a tool to improve the company's services: continuous improvement is one of the daily concerns of HEXIS, as shown mainly by our constant desire for quality control and the optimisation of our procedures.

		All our products have to meet our specifications, and we carry out stringent quality control checks to confirm this. Other checks are carried out to confirm that a product complies with any specific industry or customer requirement. To guarantee a high level of quality and consistency our quality control systems and procedures have been designed and implemented to take account of both the evolution in techniques and technology and in customer requirements. They are constantly being reviewed and updated. This rigorous approach is applied throughout our manufacturing process, from reception of source materials to production of the final product, with quality control checks being carried out by experts using high technology equipment in the laboratory and the production departments.

		A vital tool for controlling supplies and production and distribution processes and procedures, our tracability system enables us to track the use and locality of a constituent, an activity or a product at all times. The identity of items is registered in our ERP, which is then monitored throughout the manufacturing and checking process right up to delivery. In particular, the system enables us to pinpoint any malfunction and to react quickly if a non-standard product should be delivered, thus guaranteeing an efficient after-sales service.
