The CAC department (Computer Aided Cutting) is a service for professionals involved in marking and publicity: marking centres, lettering and sign-writing. From adhesive vinyls to film and paper applications, all the requirements of a letter-cutting workshop are available to you. The extensive adhesive vinyl range is suitable for all outdoor and indoor marking, whether opaque (Suptac, Ecotac), translucent or transparent (Crystal) or back reflecting (R3000 and R5000), or special banner adhesive (Special Canvas). Transfer stencils are suitable for all standard supports (glass, aluminium, vehicle bodies) while lambrequin stencils are especially suitable for use on fabric, the sandblasting stencils for marble. The full range of application tapes, papers and films (light or strong adhesive, water-soluble or solvent-based, in 100 or 150 microns) enables all types of lettering and/or logos to be transferred. The star product in this range is quite clearly SUPTAC series S.5000. This new generation of PVC polymer film has unrivalled flexibility, without the risk of colour change.



			High Performance Vinyl- SUPTAC S5000 This adhesive 65 micron PVC polymer film cuts remarkably well with easy offcut removal, even when using quite tiny lettering. Its great suppleness means it will coat very difficult surfaces such as the curves of a vehicle, with no danger of a memory or shadowing effect. It can also be stretched without the risk of colour change. It is especially designed to withstand great variations in temperature, petroleum products (the SERCOVAM test), etc. It can be employed with ink-jet solvents, electrostatic, thermal transfer and silk screen-printing. The Suptac range is available in 30, 46 and 250 metre length spools or retail in the following widths: 381 Perforated, 466 P, 500 P, 615 P, 700 P, 750 P, 756 P Intermediate Vinyl - ECOTAC PLUS E3000 This adhesive 80 microns PVC film cuts remarkably well with easy offcut removal even with quite small lettering. It is designed for outdoor and indoor marking, panels, windows, stands... It can be printed using ink-jet solvents, electrostatic, thermal transfer and silk screen-printing. Stabilised to withstand UV, it is available in gloss or matte finishes. ECOTAC is available in 30, 46 and 250 metre length spools or retail in the following widths: 381 Perforated, 466 P, 500 P, 615 P, 700P, 750 P, 756 P 500 Non perforated, 615 NP, 700 NP, 750 NP, 850 NP, 1000 NP, 1230 NP, 1520 NP. Promotional Vinyl - MICROTAC M2000 Promotional vinyl for short term applications. Available in 50 and 250 metre length rolls and 1230 NP Available in 22 gloss colours and 17 mat colours SPECIAL BANNER ADHESIVE - B3000 This semi-polymeric 80 micron PVC adhesive film has been designed to decorate PVC banners. It cuts remarkably well with easy offcut removal. Very pliable, it moulds to any unevenness in the support and thus continues to adhere perfectly over time; it will follow the billowing of the banner without sustaining any damage. Special Canvas adhesive can be printed by employing ink-jet solvents, thermal transfer and silk screen-printing. The large number of colours available meets all your marking requirements. The SPECIAL BANNER range is available in 30 and 250 metre length spools or retail in the following widths: 381 Perforated, 466 P, 500 P, 615 P, 700 P, 750 P, 756 P 500 Non perforated, 615 NP, 700 NP, 750 NP, 850 NP, 1000 NP, 1230 NP. TRANSLUCENT ADHESIVE - T5000 This 80 micron adhesive polymer PVC film has been specially designed for illuminated display cases. The grainy texture gives excellent light diffusion on signboards, while its dimensional stability makes the mounting operations very straightforward. It can be applied equally well to Plexiglas or diffusing canvas (c.f. our associates Forbo, the SERCOVAM test). It is also suitable for printing using solvent-based ink-jet, thermal transfer and silk screen-printing. The TRANSLUCENT range is available in 30-metre length spools or retail in the following widths: 615 Non perforated, 700 NP, 750 NP, 850 NP, 1000 NP, 1230 NP, 1520 NP. BLOCK-OUT ADHESIVE Block-Out Available in matte white and matte black. CRYSTAL ADHESIVE - C4000 This glossy 80-µ monomeric PVC adhesive film, with a life of three years, cuts remarkably well with easy offcut removal. It is particularly recommended for lettering on diffusing Plexiglas where great durability is not required and also for use on shop windows to achieve a stained-glass effect. It can be printed with solvent-based ink-jet, thermal transfer and silk screen-printing. The very extensive range provides for a wide variety of applications. The Crystal range is available in 30-metre length spools or retail in the following widths: 381 Perforated, 466 P, 500 P, 615 P, 700 P, 750 P, 756 P 500 Non perforated, 615 NP, 700 NP, 750 NP, 850 NP, 1000 NP, 1230 NP FLUO ADHESIVE - F600 This 150 micron monomeric adhesive PVC film without cadmium, has an outdoor life of 6 months. Widths available: 381 Perforated, 466 P, 500 P, 615 P, 700 P, 750 P, 756 P 500 Non perforated, 615 NP, 700 NP, 750 NP, 850 NP, 1000 NP, 1230 NP. BACK REFLECTING ADHESIVE R3000 Back reflecting film R.3000 – Durability 3 years. Range comprising a PVC and a PET film, with a total thickness of 100-µ, coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. CAC film. REFLECTIVE BAND Meeting EC regulation 104 for high visibility over a long distance, the reflective band provides good performance on wide angles, easy positioning and is suitable for customised cutting. This single-layer product reduces tearing and lifting on the edges; guaranteed long lasting. Available in 2 versions: Coach work (white, yellow and red) and Canvas (white and yellow). Special White "Lilac Sheet Metal" White PVC, 80-microns, opaque, adhesive, with special grey glue for "Lilac sheet metal". Available in 870 mm wide by 50-metre long spools. PVC MIRROR EFFECT P6000 Polyester gloss finish PVC for short-term indoor use. Available in Gold and Silver colour. PAPER TAPE for letter transfer - HEX 900 Paper with a very strong adhesive strength (40g/m²), for easy transfer to all types of PVC, textured or not, at relatively low application temperatures. Available in all widths measured off to nearest 5-cm length or in whole spools. SCREEN-PRINTING STENCIL This transparent grey film has been specially designed for making stencils to be used with silk screen-printing paints and inks. It fully withstands solvents. It is ideal for marking such supports as sheet metal, PVC, canvas etc. It is 100% removable. LAMBREQUIN STENCIL This type of stencil has been specially designed for sanding on glass, stone, marble and granite. Its thickness, its ability to withstand abrasion and its particular adhesive properties make it ideal for sanding uses.
